移卡加速推進到店業務出海進程：已實現月盈虧平衡
6月5日，移卡(09923.HK)召開了年度股東周年大會。本次會議由移卡董事會祕書黎進達主持，公司主席兼首席執行官劉穎麒先生、執行董事姚志堅先生，羅小輝先生及樑勝甜女士，以及獨立非執行董事譚秉忠先生、姚衛先生及歐陽日輝先生、資本市場部總經理陳瀚賢先生出席會議。
會上，劉穎麒先生對股東單位長期以來給予公司的支持與幫助表示感謝，向全體股東代表出席會議共同探討公司發展思路表示歡迎。
資本市場部總經理陳瀚賢回顧了2024年公司業務的重點突破，提到2024年移卡海外交易量大幅上升5倍至11億元人民幣。同時，利潤性更高的增值服務貢獻了更大的收入，公司總收入超30億元人民幣；各條業務線毛利率也全線上升，公司毛利潤率從23年的18.7%提升至24年的23.6%。
具體到業務層面，移卡不僅實現了境內外全卡種受理，還與花旗、巴克萊等國際知名銀行戰略性深度合作，與投資的企業一起爲必勝客、洲際酒店、SK-II等國際性連鎖品牌提供支付及其他增值服務。
值得注意的是，移卡還在東南亞推出了當地第一個AI Agent行業解決方案，目前，移卡AI Agent產品正在拓展至零售、文旅、休娛等更多場景，以滿足不同行業客戶的需求。
另外，移卡到店電商服務盈利性大幅優化，截至目前已經實現當月盈虧平衡。2025年，移卡會持續複製國內產品和渠道能力到海外，推進到店電商服務的全球化進程。
2024年，移卡全面擁抱AI及生成式技術，運營效率大幅提升，同時成本也得到了很好控制，同比淨利潤更加大幅增長6倍到24年的7300萬元人民幣。經營活動所得現金額1.2億元人民幣，EBITDA超3.8億元人民幣；資產負債比率大幅下降至35.9%，公司的資產負債表架構更加穩健。
隨後，本次會議詳細審議了2024年度綜合財務報表、董事報告、覈算師報告，並通過了董事選舉等共6項決議，全部議案均獲得高票數比例通過，充分體現了公司規範治理與經營穩健並舉的經營理念及廣大股東對公司的長期價值的信心。
未來，移卡將進一步挖掘人工智能技術的變革力量，以提升運營效率和產品競爭力。同時充分借鑑公司在國內積累的運營經驗以及成熟的產品體系，推進本地化運營，加速全球業務擴張。
