港股異動丨內房股拉昇 華潤置地漲超6% 龍湖集團漲近3%
港股內房股盤初集體拉昇,其中,華潤置地漲超6%,建發國際集團漲4%,中國海外發展漲3.5%,綠城中國、龍湖集團、金輝控股漲近3%,雅居樂集團、萬科企業、越秀地產、融創中國紛紛上漲。消息上,中指研究院發文稱,5月,核心城市土地市場保持一定熱度,但邊際有所轉弱,300城宅地出讓金同比增幅收窄,杭州、北京、上海、成都等城市優質地塊繼續拍出較高溢價。趨勢來看,5月降準降息落地,爲市場注入信心。政策導向來看,5月初,一攬子金融政策出臺後,住房公積金貸款利率及5年期以上LPR雙雙下調(公積金貸款利率由2.85%降至2.6%,5年期以上LPR由3.6%降至3.5%),有效降低購房者的置業成本,爲住房需求釋放提供支撐。另外,5月全國房地產企業債券融資總額爲288.8億元,同比增長23.5%。從典型房企債券發行來看,5月保利發展發行金額最高,達30.0億元;蘇州高新融資成本最低,爲1.90%。(格隆匯)
