研報掘金丨華泰證券:南京銀行業績有望逐季改善,予“買入”評級
華泰證券研報指出,南京銀行(601009.SH)24年/25Q1貸款同比+14.3%/+14.7%,新增貸款1573/897億元。Q1信貸有力投放,為全年奠定較好基礎,公司預計能夠順利完成目標,實現同比多增。25Q1營收、淨利潤增速為6.5%、7.1%,處於同業較優,隨債市衝擊消化、息差降幅收窄,業績有望逐季改善。公司戰略轉型切實有效、業務拓展空間廣闊,應享一定估值溢價,維持25年目標PB0.82倍,目標價12.82元,“買入”評級。
