投資者斥300萬購青衣明翹匯相連車位 租金回報料達4.8厘
由佳明集團(01271.HK)發展的青衣明翹匯近日錄得大手車位成交。利嘉閣地產新近促成明翹匯兩個位於B層兩個相連車位的成交。據了解,買家為明翹匯的業主夫婦,考慮到近期銀行定期利率回落,而車位的租賃回報相對較高,最終成功以300萬元購得上述兩個車位。若以現時平均每個車位月租約6,000元計算,租金回報率高達4.8厘。
利嘉閣地產葵青、元朗及東涌區的高級首席營業董事胡文妮表示,明翹匯除了車位物業備受追捧,項目最後4伙頂層複式戶亦成為近期的市場焦點。該批單位實用面積介乎2,154至2,728平方呎,由於單位設有私人電梯大堂,部分更附設私人按摩池,在青衣區十分罕見,料推出招標時,市場反應會十分理想,同時亦有望帶動項目的二手市場轉熱。
