旭輝(00884.HK)境外債重組計劃獲大多數債權人支持 料減債52.7億美元
旭輝(00884.HK)宣佈,在昨日(3日)舉行的會議上已取得所需的法定大多數境外債務重組計劃債權人支持,共有持有總額79.33億美元債權的1,250名計劃債權人蔘會,當中1,236名持有總額73.51億美元的債權人投票贊成,佔於會議上投票的債權總值約92.66%。
考慮到將有大量投票計劃債權被註銷或轉換爲強制性可換股債券,並將進一步轉換爲股份,集團預期以投票計劃債權計的境外債務在建議重組後,合共將會減少約52.7億美元,佔投票計劃債權總額約66%。
持有過半數投票計劃債權的債權人選擇含強制性可轉股債券元素的選項,旭輝認爲,境外債重組完成後將顯着緩解集團的流動資金壓力及爲集團提供可持續的資本架構,未來有計劃長期逐步向輕資產業務模式轉型,從而渡過中國房地產開發行業的深度調整週期。
