網絡安全公司CrowdStrike(CRWD.US)盤後跌約6.5%,報457.15美元。消息面上,CrowdStrike公佈截至4月底的第一財季業績,營收同比增長近20%至11億美元,符合預期;調整後每股收益從去年同期的79美分下滑至73美分,仍超出市場平均預期的65美分。展望第二財季,該公司預計營收將介於11.4億至11.5億美元之間,調整後每股收益將介於82至84美分之間,分析師預期分別為11.6億美元和81美分。另外,公司董事會批准了至多10億美元的股票回購計劃。
