《內房》深圳5月二手房錄得量按月跌13.2% 按年增長17.6%
深圳市房地產中介協會公布統計數據顯示,2025年5月全市二手房錄得5,727套,按月下降13.2%,按年增長17.6%。5月二手房錄得量雖呈下滑走勢,但從絕對值看,單月仍超過5,000套,意味著在傳統淡季月份保持較好市場行情。
2025年5月全市預售新房共成交2,209套,按月下降22.4%,按年下降7%,其中住宅成交2,054套,按月下降20.6%,按年增長2.2%。新房住宅成交按年小幅增長,整體仍然承壓。
截至2025年6月2日,據深圳市房地產信息平台公開在售二手房數量統計顯示,全市有效在售二手房源71,791套,按月下降0.8%,隨著二手房市場成交量有所下滑,業主委託出售意願有所減弱,市場呈現短期觀望態勢。
