乙烷出口商Enterprise稱遭華府禁止向中國發貨
據外電報道,美國乙烷出口商Enterprise透露,美國商務部轄下工業安全局計劃否決公司透過休斯敦航道碼頭,向中國運輸三批總計約220萬桶乙烷的請求。乙烷是生產塑膠的重要原材料之一,亦是近年美國主要出口產品。
報道指,美國商務部要求Enterprise申請向中國出口許可證,預期該公司最多有20日時間對局方的拒絕出口貨物通知提出意見或反駁。業界人士預期此舉可能對美國乙烷出口產業帶來打擊,因為未能出口至中國的乙烷短期內可能需要轉售,以免對庫存造成壓力。
