上海市委書記陳吉寧昨日(3日)會見香港恆隆集團榮譽董事長陳啟宗及董事長陳文博,討論上海城市更新及消費中心建設,承諾優化營商環境,恆隆集團計劃加大在滬投資。
陳吉寧表示,歡迎恆隆集團把握城市更新及產業轉型機遇,順應消費市場和結構變化調整等趨勢,持續加大在滬投資和業務佈局,積極參與城市更新改造和商辦樓宇提質升級,推動更多首發首展首店落在上海,為上海國際消費中心建設作出更大貢獻。
陳啟宗表示,對在滬發展充滿信心,將更好把握機遇及長期深耕上海,持續加大在滬投資力度,圍繞城市更新改造及重點產業發展等深化務實合作,更好助力上海國際消費中心城市建設。(ta/w) ~
