中國外運(00598.HK)建議分拆REITs上市獲批註冊申請
中國外運(00598.HK)表示,有關公開募集基礎設施領域不動產投資信託基金的建議分拆及於上交所獨立上市,近日獲中國證監會准予註冊申請。
據批覆,准予中銀基金註冊中銀中外運倉儲物流封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金,基金類型為契約型封閉式,基金合同期限為40年;准予基金的募集份額總額為4億份;同意中銀基金為基金的基金管理人,招商銀行股份有限公司為基金的基金託管人;中銀基金應自批覆下發日起6個月內進行基金的募集活動,募集期限自基金份額發售之日起不得超過3個月。
