格隆匯5月29日丨合肥城建(002208.SZ)公佈,公司控股孫公司合肥工投智造產業園有限公司(簡稱“工投智造”)於2025年5月29日參加了合肥市自然資源和規劃局組織的土地使用權掛牌出讓活動,通過掛牌方式取得合肥市包河區BH13-10-01號地塊。該地塊位於合肥市包河區繁華大道以南、吉林路以西,面積爲117.84畝,出讓年限30年,規劃用途爲高標準廠房,容積率≥2.0,土地使用權出讓總金額爲人民幣1.0252億元,由工投智造自籌資金解決。
