新都酒店(08315.HK)預計年度除税後溢利將不少於700萬港元 同比實現扭虧為盈
格隆匯5月29日丨新都酒店(08315.HK)公佈,截至2025年3月31日止年度,集團預期將實現由除税後虧損轉為除税後溢利。預期除税後溢利將不少於700萬港元,而截至2024年3月31日止年度之虧損則約為2050萬港元。
上述截至2025年3月31日止年度除税後溢利增加乃主要由於公司(i)出售若干虧損附屬公司;及(ii)與承兑票據持有人訂立豁免契據備忘錄,據此,有關應付承兑票據未償還本金及相關利息的所有責任及負債均獲解除。
