格隆匯5月30日丨和邦生物(603077.SH)公佈,公司於近日收到控股股東和邦集團的通知,自2025年5月6日至2025年5月29日,和邦集團通過上海證券交易所大宗交易及集中競價交易方式合計減持公司可轉債1,074,210張,佔公司可轉債發行總量的比例為2.34%,導致和邦集團及其一致行動人擁有公司合併權益比例由27.47%下降至26.98%。
