美中嘉和(02453.HK)公布,擬配售1,860萬股,佔擴大後已發行H股數目的約7.01%及已發行股份數目的約2.53%。每股作價5.38元,較昨日(28日)收市價6.7元折讓約19.7%。
配售事項料淨集資約9,394萬元,擬用於為醫療機構採購醫療設備、耗材及藥品提供資金;償還金融機構向公司及其附屬提供的貸款,包括但不限於營運資金貸款的本金及利息、固定資產貸款的本金及利息,以及融資租賃負債;及補充公司及其附屬的營運資金,用作一般企業用途。
