德國探討對谷歌及Meta(META.US)等加徵10%數碼服務稅
德國新任文化部長Wolfram Weimer表示,考慮對谷歌及Meta(META.US)徵收10%數碼服務稅,有可能會加劇與美國政府之間的貿易緊張局勢。
德國總理Friedrich Merz預計即將前往美國會見美國總統特朗普,特朗普此前曾表示,不會允許外國政府挪用美國的稅收基礎來謀取自身利益。
Weimer稱,這些公司在德國的生意利潤率極高,但幾乎不繳稅,投資亦太少,因此正在就此起草一項新立法,同時亦尋求與平台營運商就其逃稅行為進行對話,並探討自願捐款等替代解決方案。
