新世界(00017.HK)內地及香港合約銷售累計共248億元 達全財年目標逾95%
新世界發展(00017.HK)表示,集團內地及香港的業務均取得持續增長,現財年至今整體合約銷售約248億港元,佔集團全年銷售目標逾95%。香港黃竹坑滶晨三日成功標售19伙,合共套現逾11億元,並創下三大超級豪宅新市場紀錄。 同時,集團夥拍遠東發展(00035.HK)的啟德柏蔚森,截至今年5月29日,累計售出576伙,套現近40億元。 至於位於北角的住宅項目皇都,截至5月29日,全盤累計售出319伙,佔可售單位近92%,平均呎價約2.2萬元。以價單形式售出單位中,近80%買家選用即供付款,套現逾35.8億元。 內地業務方面,新世界加快銷售工作,內地全年銷售目標,亦由原定的110億元人民幣調升至140億元人民幣。截至5月26日,本財年實現合約銷售約134億元人民幣,佔調升後的目標逾95%,加快資金回籠速度。新世界中國今年首五個月的合約銷售達到64.5億元人民幣,為去年的1.86倍。在內地傳統「紅五月」旺季,新世界中國於5月1日至5月12日合約銷售亦較去年五一黃金周增長15%。 在五一黃金周期間,位於廣州的新世界-天馥加推全新單位發售,推出市場不足半小時已告售罄。而廣州東部的新世界星輝,新一期推售的樓盤目前已售出90%單位。 另外,前日(28日)新世界發展與上海黃浦區人民政府簽署戰略合作協議,建立戰略合作夥伴關係,合作推動淮海路商圈發展,全面提升經濟發展效益。上海淮海路核心地段的第二座K11正式命名為「K11 ELYSEA」,首批寫字樓意向租戶,包括Hermes與新加坡Rajah & Tann律師事務所上海代表處等國際企業。「K11 ELYSEA」總建築面積近140萬平方呎,涵蓋寫字樓、商場及藝術中心。
