據報阿里(09988.HK)考慮減持中通快遞(02057.HK)(ZTO.US)股權
《彭博》引述消息報道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)(BABA.US)正考慮減持其在中通快遞(02057.HK)(ZTO.US)的少數股權。消息指阿里巴巴已與投行就出售可轉換為中通快遞股票的債券進行洽商,相關考慮仍在進行。阿里巴巴及中通快遞ADR隔晚(27日)分別跌1%及1.1%。
阿里巴巴牽頭財團2018年以13.8億美元購入中通快遞一成股份,以增強其全球配送服務。阿里巴巴當時表示該財團包括旗下物流公司菜鳥網絡,但未透露其他買家具體信息。
