《內房》珠海推住房以舊換新補貼政策 最高可獲3萬人幣補貼
珠海住建局發佈住房「以舊換新」補貼政策。根據專項補貼申報指引,市民在實施時間內,購買珠海市域範圍內的新建商品住房,並在此期間出售原有家庭住房,將可享受「以舊換新」補貼。補貼金額爲換購新房網籤價格的1%,但最高不超過3萬元人民幣。
該指引明確,買新房和賣舊房的順序不受限制,補貼按「賣一買一」原則申領。但補貼不包括保障房、人才房及安置房等政策性住房及法拍房。(ta/w) ~
