美財長貝森特料今夏將放寬銀行交易國債資本規定
美國財政部長貝森特週五表示,美國監管機構今年夏天或會放寬一項限制銀行在29萬億美元美國國債市場交易的規定。
貝森特表示,即將開始實施所謂的補充槓桿率,三大銀行監管機構包括聯儲局、貨幣監理署和聯邦存款保險公司正在解決該問題,預期可以在夏天看到進展。
貝森特表示,調整銀行在進行美國公債投資逆差交易時持有的資本要求(SLR),可能會使美國國債孳息率降低數十個點。
