波音(BA.US)與美司法部達成不起訴協議 兩宗737 Max墜機共造成346人死亡
美國司法部週五表示,已與波音公司(BA.US)達成協議,波音成功避免因737 Max兩宗共造成346人死亡的墜機事故而遭到美國起訴。
不起訴協議意味波音公司將不會按計劃於下個月上庭受審。
波音上述涉及737 Max墜機首次發生於2018年10月印尼獅航,飛機從雅加達起飛13分鐘後墜入爪哇海,另一宗爲五個月後的埃塞俄比亞航空墜機事故,其後737 Max飛機全球停飛近兩年。
