富豪汽車宣布裁員3,000人
吉利(00175.HK)母企吉利控股旗下富豪汽車(Volvo Cars)宣布,裁員3,000人,主要為辦公室員工,作為應對高成本、電動車需求放緩以及貿易不確定性的重組計劃一部分。
富豪汽車於上月宣布一項削減180億瑞典克朗(約19億美元)成本的計劃,當中包括大幅削減辦公室員工,辦公室員工佔員工總數達40%。
富豪汽車稱,今次裁員將佔辦公室員工的約15%,主要集中在瑞典哥德堡,幾乎涉及所有部門,如研發、傳訊及人力資源等,並將產生15億瑞典克朗的一次性重組成本。
