華商能源(00206.HK):華順已出售1375.5萬股公司股份
格隆匯5月23日丨華商能源(00206.HK)公告,公司獲華順國際船舶有限公司(華順)知會,其有意根據資產結構調整的需要進行一項將其持有的所有公司股份出售的計劃。華順亦已知會公司,截至本公告日期,其已在公開市場出售1375.5萬股股份。
於上述出售後,華順於公司的持股量已由174,394,797股股份(佔公司已發行股本約5.38%)減至160,639,797股股份(佔公司已發行股本約4.95%)。
公司預期出售計劃(倘得以實現)不會對集團的營運造成任何重大不利影響。公司董事會將繼續致力於現有業務的穩定發展及向綠色科技企業轉型目標的實現,並將加強與股東之間的協同效應。董事會對集團的未來前景仍然充滿信心。
