香港中華煤氣出席WGC2025天然氣管網運營機制論壇 共商行業發展
5月22日，香港中華煤氣內地公用業務營運總裁紀偉毅出席WGC2025"天然氣管網運營機制"論壇，該論壇圍繞天然氣管網安全運行及資源協調等話題展開，由挪威天然氣運輸管理公司企業對外關係負責人Pål Rasmussen主持，出席嘉賓分別為國家石油天然氣管網集團有限公司市場部總經理田中山，埃克森美孚(中國)投資有限公司天然氣銷售總裁Rodrigo Diaz，挪威油氣收益管理公司市場與商業執行副總裁Ole Njærheim。
國家管網集團市場部總經理田中山介紹了國家管網集團在中國油氣體制改革中的大量實踐，例如推進天然氣"全國一張網"建設、整合核心基礎設施等。紀偉毅補充到，國家管網集團的成立為天然氣市場帶來了重大的改變，加強了天然氣的流動，在推動資源調配、促進行業高質量發展中做出的巨大貢獻。
紀偉毅首先介紹了集團的發展史，他表示擁有160多年曆史的香港中華煤氣，是香港首家公用事業機構，為全港200多萬客户提供燃氣服務。"自1994年進入內地後，我們已發展逾320個城燃項目，服務4200多萬客户，運營管網超13萬公里，還涉足水務及環境、綠色能源等領域。
"當主持人Pål Rasmussen問到香港中華煤氣在管網運營安全管理上的做法時，紀偉毅特別指出："香港中華煤氣把安全文化融於業務發展的各個環節，建立了完善的安全管理機制，併為5萬多名員工開展各類型培訓，30年前進入內地發展開始，首創入户安檢制度，防範泄漏，確保客户用氣安全，後該標準成為了國家標準，並參與制定了很多行業標準規範，共同促進整個行業提升安全水平。"
面對科技對管網運維的影響，紀偉毅表示香港中華煤氣不斷將AI等高新技術部署在運行管理中，自主建設智慧運行平台，確保運營安全。同時還運用大自然力量與技術的結合，進一步提高管網檢測效率和安全性。"狗的嗅覺比目前的檢測儀器還要靈敏，我們採用獨有的‘車犬聯動’管網檢漏方式，通過嗅探犬敏鋭的嗅覺發現泄漏點，並且狗還能去到比較隱蔽且平時難以檢測的地方，實踐證明這種方式是非常高效的。"主持人也對該方式非常感興趣，認為這種組合應用到燃氣行業是有意思的創新措施。
提到環境保護，紀偉毅提到："香港是一座‘氫城’，管道氣中氫能佔比約一半，同時還是高壓運行，多年來從未發生氫脆事故，這種運營經驗吸引了國內外很多同行前來學習。"
談及行業未來發展，紀偉毅認為國內天然氣市場化改革取得了顯著成效，他希望全球能源企業持續加強合作、攜手並進，共同構建更低碳、高效的能源體系。
