日鐵社長稱與美國政府談判已進入最後階段
日本製鐵(Nippon Steel)社長今井正週五在記者會上表示,與美國政府就日本製鐵計劃收購美國鋼鐵公司(X.US)的討論已進入最後階段。他補充道,正在等待美國總統特朗普的最終決策。
今井正稱希望美國當局能夠看到通過引入日本鋼鐵的投資和先進的製造技術,確保美國鋼鐵的中長期增長。
美國前總統拜登於1月基於國家安全理由停止了日本鋼鐵收購美國鋼鐵廠的提議,但在4月7日,特朗普命令美國外國投資委員會(CFIUS)重新審查該交易。重新評估定於週三完成。
