收購獲批？特朗普官宣：美國鋼鐵與新日鐵達成一項合作協議
當地時間週五，美國總統特朗普宣佈，美國鋼鐵公司與日本新日鐵公司達成一項合作協議，令市場震驚。
特朗普表示，這項協議將使美國鋼鐵繼續留在美國，但除此之外，他未透露任何具體細節。
特朗普並未明確支持新日鐵公司此前提出的以141億美元收購美國鋼鐵公司的方案。
受此影響，美國鋼鐵的股價直線拉昇，最終收漲21.24%，表明市場對該交易的前景持樂觀態度。
收購已獲批？
在Truth Social平臺上，特朗普發文稱：“我很自豪地宣佈，經過深思熟慮和談判，美國鋼鐵公司將繼續留在美國，並將總部設在匹茲堡。我的關稅政策將確保鋼鐵產品再次永遠成爲美國製造。”
兩家公司以及美國鋼鐵公司所在地賓夕法尼亞州州長週五發表聲明，對該協議表示讚賞，但除此之外沒有具體細節。
鋼鐵工人、投資者和其他人士長期以來一直在等待美國就美國鋼鐵的未來做出決定，但目前尚不清楚特朗普是否已批準收購。
儘管白宮拒絕提供更多細節，但日經新聞、共同社等日本媒體援引未透露姓名的美國消息人士的話報道稱，收購已獲批準。
兩家鋼鐵公司的收購起源於2023年，美國前總統拜登今年1月以國家安全擔憂爲由，阻止了這起收購。
拜登當時表示，此次收購將對美國至關重要的供應鏈構成風險。
不過，特朗普上任後，在4月下令對擬議的收購進行新的審查，並指示美國外國投資委員會確定“是否適合就此事採取進一步行動”。
特朗普曾多次表示，必須進行投資，而不是像兩家公司最初達成的完全所有權收購。
全球第三大鋼鐵生產商將誕生
對於新日鐵來說，收購美國鋼鐵是其全球擴張戰略的核心，旨在將產量從目前的6300萬噸提升至8600萬噸，尤其是在日本國內需求下降的背景下。
根據世界鋼鐵協會的數據，此次合併將打造出全球第三大鋼鐵生產商，僅次於中國寶武鋼鐵集團和總部位於盧森堡的安賽樂米塔爾。
特朗普還表示，此次合作將創造至少7萬個就業崗位，併爲美國經濟增加140億美元，其中大部分投資將在未來14個月內完成。
根據美國勞工統計局的數據，目前約有8.5萬人在美國鋼鐵廠工作。
美國鋼鐵在一份聲明中表示：“公司將繼續保持美國特色，並通過與新日鐵的合作，在未來四年內帶來鉅額投資、新技術和數千個就業崗位，從而發展壯大。”
新日鐵則表示：“雙方的合作將改變遊戲規則，對美國鋼鐵公司及其所有利益相關者而言。”
