換電再迎利好！蔚來能源與瀋陽中德開集團計劃合作建設100座充換電站
2025年5月20日，武漢蔚來能源有限公司(下稱"蔚來能源")與瀋陽中德園開發建設集團有限公司(下稱"瀋陽中德開集團")在瀋陽簽署合作協議，將圍繞新能源汽車充換電基礎設施建設與運營展開深度合作，計劃在遼寧、吉林、黑龍江、內蒙古自治區合作建設100座充換電一體站。
瀋陽市鐵西區委常委、副區長延寧 ，瀋陽中德開集團黨委書記、董事長劉巍，瀋陽中德開集團黨委副書記、總經理查非，瀋陽中德開集團黨委委員、紀委書記劉忠輝，蔚來副總裁、首席合規官、蔚來能源董事高崗，蔚來汽車瀋陽公司總經理金鑫，樂道汽車瀋陽公司總經理曲放共同見證簽約。瀋陽中德開科技公司執行董事、總經理佟鐵男和蔚來能源產業合作總經理於希偉代表雙方簽約。
根據合作協議，雙方將發揮各自優勢，在充換電站建設與運營、品牌合作、技術服務等領域開展深度合作。雙方將以充換電站爲核心應用場景，深度融合智能電網、數字孿生、虛擬電廠等技術，探索車網互動實踐，參與電網需求響應，共同推動綠色低碳發展。
中德開集團是瀋陽市爲加快推進中德園建設這一國家戰略實施，按照"管委會+平臺公司"模式組建的大型國有公司。瀋陽中德開集團圍繞"城市開發、產業運營、工程建設、物流貿易"四大板塊，積極佈局前瞻性戰略性新興產業，探索工業互聯網、智慧城市、新能源等新領域，發展新質生產力。
雙方此次合作將助力遼寧、吉林、黑龍江、內蒙古自治區的新能源汽車補能基礎設施建設提速，重點圍繞城市交通樞紐、產業園區等場景開展充換電站建設，爲用戶提供便捷、高效、智能的充換電補能體驗。
蔚來能源換電站、充電樁建成數量領先行業。截至5月20日，蔚來能源已在全國範圍累計建設3,319座換電站，建成9縱9橫14大城市羣高速換電網絡，佈局近1,000座高速公路換電站，連通全國超700個城市，實現全國主要城市間高速換電網絡建設。蔚來能源將持續加密和完善充換電佈局，截至目前已在北京、上海、江蘇、浙江、廣東實現換電縣縣通。
