名氣通與螞蟻數字科技簽署合作備忘錄 推動多領域合作
（2025年5月19日）香港中華煤氣有限公司（煤氣公司）全資附屬公司名氣通電訊有限公司（名氣通）近日與螞蟻數字科技（螞蟻數科）簽署合作備忘錄。雙方將圍繞RWA（Real World Assets，真實世界資產）並結合螞蟻數科的AI能力展開深度合作。
根據合作備忘錄，雙方將共同探索透過人工智能（AI）技術加強數據中心服務的發展，探索包括互聯網數據中心（IDC）RWA領域合作、煤氣公司相關業務的AI轉型升級、面向本地及海外客户的AI代理綜合服務等方面的綜合解決方案，從而提升名氣通現有服務水準，推動其成為AI解決方案市場的生力軍。
煤氣公司執行董事兼首席財務官楊磊明表示：「此次合作標誌着名氣通發展的新里程碑。我們計劃結合自身在數據中心領域的專業優勢與螞蟻數科的AI技術，提供更智能的解決方案，滿足客户不斷變化的需求。這次合作是我們在AI時代引領行業創新、創造新價值的關鍵一步。」
螞蟻集團副總裁、螞蟻數科區塊鏈業務總裁邊卓羣補充：「我們很高興與名氣通攜手，將AI創新引入數據中心。我們的Web3和AI解決方案與名氣通的強大基礎設施完美互補，這次合作將助力企業從數據中發掘更多價值，同時為數據服務的效率與性能樹立新標準。」
雙方將成立聯合團隊，推進及監察合作進展。此次合作反映AI和Web3技術在革新傳統基礎設施服務方面的重要性與日俱增，並將推動雙方成為亞洲區內數碼創新的先驅。
展望未來，雙方計劃在煤氣公司各能源業務板塊上進一步深化合作，目前，煤氣公司的七大業務板塊包括：香港城市燃氣業務、內地城市燃氣業務、內地水務及環境業務、可再生能源、延伸業務（B2C）、綠色甲醇，以及可持續航空燃料（SAF）。憑藉螞蟻數科賦能AI算力，驅動業務發展，建構領先的AI能源生態圈，滿足客户對AI的需求。
此外，建基於與螞蟻數科的合作，煤氣公司亦將積極採用AI以加強內部管理，建立財務、人力、採購供應鏈、營運、主數據等的全集團一體化管控體系，實現「橫向到邊、縱向到底」的管理戰略。對外業務發展方面，煤氣公司將依託名氣通AI數據中心的能力，向集團各個能源板塊賦能AI算力，以此開發針對能源行業的AI服務。
