三和建築集團(03822.HK)預計年度溢利不少於1000萬港元 同比大幅扭虧
格隆匯5月16日丨三和建築集團(03822.HK)公佈,集團預計截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得不少於1,000萬港元的溢利,而於去年則錄得約2,900萬元的虧損。
產生該預計溢利由於年度建築合約收入大增至不少於8.5億港元,主要受惠於啟德公營房屋(2024年)和大嶼山工程項目。而該預計溢利已經扣除公司在最近一份中期報吿之中所提及的應收貿易款項及保固金減值撥備。
