迪生創建(00113.HK)預期年度溢利下跌約42%
格隆匯5月15日丨迪生創建(00113.HK)公吿,集團預期於截至2025年3月31日止年度,相對於上年度,銷售營業額將錄得約20%的跌幅,而應撥歸於股東的溢利淨額將錄得約42%的跌幅。儘管投資部所得溢利有所增加,這跌幅幾乎完全是由於香港銷售額及溢利下降所致。董事局相信此乃由於零售格局急劇轉變,本地旅客優先選擇能提供超值購物體驗的旅遊地點,而非留在本地購物消費,加上中國遊客不再以購物作為旅港的主要目的,致使香港的消費者信心極度疲弱。同時,中國亦將境外旅客離境退税「即買即退」政策從指定城市推廣至全國,因此削減了香港對外國遊客的吸引力。
