中國港能(00931.HK)與上海麟祥、綠地金創及貴州綠金就合作探索綠色金融與碳市場的深度融合 簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月13日丨中國港能(00931.HK)公告，公司與上海麟祥環保股份有限公司("上海麟祥")、綠地金創科技集團有限公司("綠地金創")及貴州省綠金低碳交易中心有限公司("貴州綠金")就共同合作探索綠色金融與碳市場的深度融合，簽訂戰略合作框架協議("框架協議")。
框架協議目標爲持續完善"綠色建築+碳信用+綠色金融"轉型發展模式，加速集聚建築碳信用合作生態，着力擴大建築碳信用的開發、交易、消納規模和影響力，爲行業低碳轉型提供創新解決方案，助力國家"雙碳"目標實現。
集團主要從事天然氣業務及新能源業務。集團在新能源業務方面依據獨有的多項專利和自主研發的"IDH智慧供熱"與"ICE智慧綜合能源"核心平臺系統技術，及分戶式熱平衡、高效蓄能儲能等多種先進能源利用技術，推動現代能源體系建設，業務分佈包括工業園區綜合智慧供能(包括但不限於供冷供熱供蒸汽等)、樓宇大廈綜合體智慧供冷供熱、北方居民小區智慧供暖、建築能效智慧管理、蓄能儲能、工業動力、電力運營、能碳交易等9大能源服務業務。
爲符合《巴黎協定》要求全球溫升控制在1.5oC以內，中國承諾推動低碳轉型，積極參與全球氣候治理，所以推出國家雙碳戰略目標。爲實現國家碳達峯、碳中和目標，人民銀行初步確立了"三大功能""五大支柱"的綠色金融發展政策思路，以適應國家產業結構、能源結構、投融資結構和人民生活方式等全方位的深刻變化。
綠色金融在政府政策引導與市場創新中不斷深化，服務"雙碳"目標的能力進一步提升，並繼續展現出巨大的發展潛力。人民銀行公佈的數據顯示，2024年第一季度我國本外幣綠色貸款餘額人民幣33.77萬億元，同比增長35.1%，高於各項貸款增速25.9個百分點。其中，投向具有直接和間接碳減排效益項目的貸款分別爲人民幣11.21萬億元和人民幣11.34萬億元，合計佔綠色貸款的66.8%。
董事會相信透過與各公司簽定框架協議，可以進一步透過集團本身在能碳交易業務的經驗，進一步推進新能源業務，發展有關建築碳信用的相關業務，幫助增加集團的融資渠道，並透過新增的客戶網絡，加快集團在相關業務的發展。
