敏華控股(01999.HK)年度純利跌10.4%至20.63億港元 海外市場表現持續令人滿意
格隆匯5月15日丨敏華控股(01999.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2025年3月31日止年度,集團錄得營業收入169.03億港元,按年下跌8.2%。但年內毛利率由39.4%上升至40.5%。公司權益擁有人應占溢利為20.63億港元,同比下跌10.4%。減少主要由於投資物業公允值虧損7124.4萬港元、商譽減值撥備1.04億港元、物業、廠房及設備減值撥備9641.9萬港元及無形資產減值撥備1279.5萬港元。撇除該等因素的影響,2025財政年度的公司權益擁有人應占溢利為23.50億港元,按年微升1.3%。董事會擬派末期股息每股0.12港元,合共約4.65億港元
2025財政年度,集團於中國市場實現銷售收入(不含房地產、商場物業及其他業務收入)99.27億港元,較去年同期下跌17.2%,佔公司營業收入由去年的65.0%下降至58.7%。於回顧期內,公司門店數量淨增131間至7,367間(不包括格調和蘇寧門店),下沉市場及一二線城市的性價比系列門店佈局得到進一步加強。
2025財政年度,海外市場表現持續令人滿意,整體出口沙發產品約88.4萬套,按年增長約13.0%。其中,北美市場穩步向好,集團推出一系列符合當地消費者審美和使用習慣的產品,受到廣泛歡迎,訂單及出貨量持續上升。2025財政年度北美市場實現收入44.20億港元,同比增長3.2%,佔集團的營業收入由去年的23.3%提升至26.2%。
歐洲及其他海外市場(不計Home集團)方面,集團加強戰略佈局和市場推廣,成功擴大銷售渠道,乃該地區業務快速增長的主要因素。回顧期內,歐洲及其他海外市場貢獻收入14.69億港元,按年上升22.9%,佔本集團的營業收入由去年的6.5%提升至8.7%。
此外,Home集團表現理想,錄得收入7.77億港元,同比上升15.3%,佔集團的營業收入由去年的3.7%提升至4.6%。Home集團於烏克蘭廠房的生產於回顧期內維持穩定,惟管理層會持續監察俄烏戰爭的烏克蘭局勢。
