中國重汽ESG的長期堅守：創新驅動 行穩致遠
在全球ESG理念深入人心、重卡行業加速新能源轉型的關鍵時期，中國重汽(03808.HK)近日發佈了2024年ESG報吿，這也是公司連續第九年發佈ESG相關報吿。
憑藉在環境、社會和公司治理三大ESG核心領域的卓越表現，中國重汽已獲得華證ESG BBB級評級、萬得ESG BBB級評級等主流ESG評級排名，中國重汽正以創新驅動與責任堅守，在複雜多變的市場環境中走出了一條行穩致遠的高質量發展之路。
作為中國重卡行業的領軍者，中國重汽深刻理解ESG對於企業長期價值構建的戰略意義。面對行業新能源化不斷加速與"雙碳"目標的雙重挑戰，中國重汽始終堅持以責任與創新驅動可持續發展，深入推進智能化、綠色化轉型，助力構建清潔技術產業生態圈。2024年，公司研發投入27.4億元，佔營收比例2.9%，同時中國重汽還持續加大研發創新投入，制定了年度研發投入佔營業收入3%以上的研發投入目標，堅定創新驅動發展的信念。
圍繞傳統燃油車技術創新、新能源技術研發以及智能化與自動駕駛技術方面，中國重汽在2024年持續發力，取得多項創新成果。其中，在新能源產品領域，中國重汽牽頭或參與"新能源商用車高效電驅動系統開發與應用"、"混合動力汽車的最優能量管理算法研究"、"重型商用車混合動力專用氫內燃機關鍵技術"等多項技術，實現年度新能源產品營收較2023年增加67%，成為驅動增長的新引擎。
在夯實產品創新根基的同時，中國重汽始終將產品質量視為企業的生命線，嚴格把控產品生產的全流程監管，在生產環節，公司持續完善安全管理體系和措施，推動安全管理智能化轉型。在質量把控上，公司創新運用智能化技術手段，打造質量信息管理平台，實現整車製造全過程監控，落實閉環管理舉措，為產品質量的持續改進提供了有力支撐。2024年，中國重汽共確立69個集團級質量改進項目和17個質量攻關項目，推動整體故障率顯著下降29%。
此外，中國重汽還積極履行環境治理、社會責任和公司治理，多維度、全方位推進可持續發展。在環境治理方面，公司2024年萬元產值能耗同比下降10.88%，百萬營收有害廢棄物、無害廢棄物及固體廢棄物排放密度較2021年降低超過10%。在社會責任方面，公司堅持在發展自身的同時回饋社會，通過助力鄉村振興、投身公益慈善，積極踐行企業社會責任，為社會的和諧發展貢獻力量。在企業治理方面，公司已建立完善的ESG治理體系，形成"治理層-管理層-執行層"三級架構，確保ESG事務的全面覆蓋與高效管理。
從技術創新的"硬實力"到責任治理的"軟實力"，中國重汽的ESG實踐勾勒出一幅多維共進的可持續發展圖景。在全球產業鏈深度融合的今天，ESG不僅是風險管理工具，更是企業全球化競爭的"通用語言"。中國重汽正以其前瞻性佈局，在經濟責任、環境責任與社會責任之間找到動態平衡。從業務體現看，作為重卡出口的絕對引領者，2024年在重卡行業整體增速放緩的背景下，中國重汽重卡銷量24.34萬輛，同比增長7.2%。其中，重卡出口13.4萬輛，同比增長3.06%，再創歷史新高，展現出強大的發展動力與增長潛能。
