格隆匯5月11日丨中達集團控股(00139.HK)公告，公司欣然宣佈，GIBO Holdings Limited("GIBO Holdings")通過De-SPAC交易與BukitJalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd(NASDAQ:BUJA)合併後於2025年5月9日成立，並已經在納斯達克(NASDAQ:GIBO)上市。有關集團持有GIBO的股權，已經轉換成25,712,000股GIBO Holdings股份。
根據GIBO Holdings於2025年5月9日(美國時間)的收盤價每股6.98美元，集團持有GIBO Holdings的股份市值約爲1.79億美元。集團投資GIBO股權的收購成本約爲0.328億美元。根據GIBO Holdings於2025年5月9日的收盤價每股6.98美元，集團於GIBO的投資將錄得未變現溢利約11.4億港元。
GIBO的技術平臺爲GIBO.ai網站提供支持，該網站主打AI生成動畫視頻內容，爲在線漫畫內容提供高效、互動且易於使用的創作分享方式。GIBO.ai使內容創作者能夠實現任務自動化，創作個性化的音頻及圖像，獲得對其創作內容的數據驅動分析，並通過協作探索新創意。GIBO.ai於2023年9月上線，配備先進的生成式AI驅動動畫視頻內容生成技術，致力於構建可持續生態系統，不僅能於內容創作過程中爲動畫創作者賦能，亦能爲其作品提供分發渠道，觀衆可於平臺獲取並付費觀看。
GIBO的AI生成動畫視頻內容，目前主要爲短篇娛樂動畫視頻，涵蓋從超級英雄到絕地求生大逃殺等各種主題，通常以有趣且具知識性的方式講述流行漫畫書的故事。憑藉其大數據分析能力，GIBO瞭解用戶的內容標籤偏好，並相應進行個性化內容推送。截至2024年6月30日，GIBO的平臺上傳視頻約有113,000個，視頻播放總量約爲233億次。截至該日，GIBO的平臺用戶互動(內容發佈、評論、點贊、分享、私信等)超過3,710萬次。
