開拓藥業-B(09939.HK)正式啟動美白祛斑功效性化粧品原料KT-939的全球銷售業務
格隆匯5月8日丨開拓藥業-B(09939.HK)公吿，歷經兩年的研發和商業化準備，其自主研發的具有美白祛斑功能的功效性化粧品原料KT-939正式啟動全球銷售業務，並已於近期成功完成首份原料銷售，標誌着公司正式進軍功效性化粧品原料領域，旨在為全球化粧品市場提供優質安全的化粧品原料。該B2B功效性化粧品原料業務將與外用創新藥物研發業務、B2C功效性化粧品產品業務共同組成「三駕馬車」商業模式，為公司未來實現可持續盈利增長以及長期穩定發展奠定重要基礎。
KT-939系公司所開發的一種酪氨酸酶抑制劑，可高效抑制黑色素生成，兼具抗氧化和抗炎作用，在人體皮膚外用時可安全有效實現美白祛斑功效。
公司前期研究表明，KT-939具備迄今為止報導的最強酪氨酸酶抑制活性，在人體細胞酪氨酸酶抑制活性實驗、細胞黑色素生成實驗以及蛋白結合實驗中，均顯著優於已應用於化粧品領域的同靶點化合物，包括肽安密多、丁基間苯二酚（577）、苯乙基間苯二酚（377）、熊果甘、氫醌和曲酸等。
公司已依據中國特殊化粧品新原料的要求，委託第三方完成相關安全性檢測，數據顯示KT-939安全性也優於上述化粧品原料化合物。此外，公司亦完成了數項第三方機構檢測，包括通標標準技術服務有限公司（SGS），專業化粧品品牌公司，MCN機構，進一步支持KT-939於美白祛斑領域的功效性和安全性。
KT-939已獲中國國家知識產權局頒發的中文名稱為「歐希美多」的第3類商標註冊證，對應的英文名稱「OXIMIDOL」已向中國、美國、歐盟遞交商標註冊申請，預計於2025年底前獲得核准註冊。為進一步維護公司的知識產權權益，防止有關商標侵權事件的發生，公司正在推進KT-939在中國和海外地區的第1類商標註冊申請。
在生產方面，公司已與多家化粧品原料生產加工商建立深度合作關係，具備百公斤級以上的批量化生產能力以及十噸以上的年供貨能力。
董事會認為，隨着全球化粧品市場規模的持續擴大以及功效型產品在化粧品市場的滲透率不斷提升，化粧品品牌企業對功效性原料的數量和品質需求均在增長，功效性化粧品原料市場潛力巨大。戰略佈局化粧品原料業務將為公司的轉型升級構築關鍵支點。未來公司將通過參加美國紐約化粧品展覽會等國際行業展會，尋求合作機會，持續拓展化粧品原料業務市場，深化全球化業務佈局。
