研報掘金丨長江證券:中國建築Q1營收穩增長,地產開發企穩回升,繼續重點推薦
長江證券研報指出,2025年中國建築(601668.SH)一季度歸屬淨利潤150.13億元,同比增長0.61%;一季度公司實現營收穩增長,地產開發企穩回升,海外持續發力。一季度公司新籤穩增長,保障房、市政、能源、水利增長明顯,地產業務穩健發展。公司加強收款攻堅,一季度現金流流出減少,收現比提升。考慮到公司是滬深300與中證A500權重股,當前仍處大幅破淨狀態,進一步關注後續市值管理相關舉措的出台。此外,關税新形勢下,內需相關政策加碼預期漸強,公司在地產和基建領域都有望受益,後續有望迎來估值提振。預計公司業績478、489、505億元,PE估值4.8x、4.6x、4.5x,當前時間繼續重點推薦。
