老鳳祥(600612.SH)下屬子公司簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月5日丨老鳳祥(600612.SH)公佈，2025年5月1日，公司下屬子公司上海老鳳祥有限與上海久事體育產業發展(集團)有限公司(以下簡稱“乙方”)、邁巴赫奢侈品亞太有限公司(以下簡稱“丙方”)簽署《戰略合作協議》。三方基於平等互利、優勢互補的原則，擬建立長期、全面的戰略合作伙伴關係，以實現資源共享、協同發展，推動多領域合作，為未來深化合作奠定基礎。
合作內容概要
三方同意以框架性、戰略性方式開展合作，充分發揮各自資源與優勢，主要包括但不限於：
1. 中國市場 Maybach 品牌推廣：甲、乙、丙三方本着資源互補、協同聯動的原則，就 Maybach 品牌在中國市場的營銷及推廣進行合作。甲方協助丙方，明確品牌定位，擬定推廣策略，利用自身優勢合作產品開發，並適時在實體與線上渠道同步開展工作。
2.亞太地區 Maybach 品牌延伸：在中國市場推廣取得階段性成果並建立穩固運營體系後，甲方擬因地制宜地協助丙方在亞太其他國家與地區(印度和海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會成員國除外)的 Maybach 品牌推廣。丙方提供持續的品牌運營指導、培訓與技術支持。
3.“老鳳祥”與“久事體育”品牌影響力提升：在推進Maybach 品牌合作之際，三方將同步藉助跨界協作，提升“老鳳祥”與“久事體育”品牌之國際知名度與行業口碑。通過在亞太地區的各類展會、主題活動、重要賽事等品牌展示的機會進行三方項目合作，以實現品牌互補、協同增效。
4.協作共贏與持續優化：為深化長期戰略伙伴關係，三方可以設立聯合委員會或項目小組，就供應鏈優化、技術研發、人才培養、可持續發展及數字化轉型等重點領域開展戰略對話與協同論證。
上海老鳳祥有限本次簽訂的《戰略合作協議》，不涉及具體的交易金額，不會對公司當期財務狀況和經營業績造成重大影響，對公司未來經營業績的影響需視具體項目的推進和實施情況而定。相關合作不會導致公司主營業務發生變化，不存在損害公司及股東利益的情形。
