大行評級|麥格理:上調中國中免目標價至73.6港元 上調今明兩年純利預測
麥格理髮表研究報吿指,中國中免銷售跌幅持續收窄,按年跌幅由2024年第四季的19.5%,收窄至今年首季11%,期內毛利按年穩定在33%,按季改善4.4個百分點,主要因為推廣減少、產品組合改善,以及主動去庫存。公司部分免税店正在進行裝修,並計劃年內重新開張13家升級的市中心門店。管理層亦提到,與太古地產合作的三亞國際免税城第三期進度良好,計劃明年完工。該行將對公司今明兩年的純利預測分別上調6.7%及1%,H股目標價上調1%至73.6港元,評級“跑贏大市”。
