大行評級丨花旗:港交所首季投資收入和營運支出表現超預期 予其“買入”評級
花旗發表報告指,港交所2025年第一季淨利潤41億港元,按季增長8%,按年增長37%,超出市場預期5%。總收入69億港元,按季增長7%,按年增長32%,超出市場預期3%,因投資收入強勁。核心收入基本符合預期,而投資收入按季增長11%,按年下降1%,較市場預期高21%。營運支出爲20億港元,按季下降4%,按年增長7%,超出市場預期4%,主要由於員工費用降低。EBITDA利潤率達76.6%,按年提高5個百分點。該行予港交所“買入”評級,目標價385港元。
