通裕重工(300185.SZ):珠海港集團正在籌劃協議轉讓公司部分股權 股票停牌
格隆匯4月29日丨通裕重工(300185.SZ)公佈,接到控股股東珠海港控股集團有限公司(簡稱“珠海港集團”)書面通知,珠海港集團正在籌劃協議轉讓持有的公司部分股權,可能導致公司控股股東和實際控制人發生變更。本次交易對手方主要從事以自有資金投資業務。該事項尚需經珠海市國有資產監督管理委員會等有權部門的事前審批。目前股份轉讓協議尚未簽署。公司股票及可轉換公司債券自2025年4月30日(星期三)開市起停牌,預計停牌時間不超過2個交易日。
