靠投資賺翻了，中金Q1淨利潤暴漲近65%！
4月28日晚間，中金公司公佈一季報。
公司2025年第一季度營業收入57.21億元，同比增長47.69%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤20.42億元，同比增長64.85%。營業收入增長主要系金融工具投資產生的收益淨額及手續費及傭金淨收入的增加。
經營活動現金流淨額87.93億元，同比減少31.38%；基本每股收益：0.38元，2024年同期爲0.22元；總資產約6732億元，較年初微降0.22%。
手續費及傭金淨收入大增
根據財報，中金公司的營收主要涵蓋手續費及傭金淨收入、利息淨收入、投資收益。
具體來看，2025年一季度，中金該公司實現手續費及傭金淨收入25.74億元，同比增長23%。
其中，經紀業務表現突出，經紀業務手續費淨收入從去年同期8.31億元增至如今的12.98億元，同比增超56%；資產管理業務手續費淨收入爲3.08億元，同比增幅15.22%；投行業務依然“疲軟”，出現同比降幅10個百分點。
2025年第一季度利息淨收入爲-5.14億元，去年同期爲-5.94億元，虧損幅度有所收窄。
匯兌收益明顯下降，同比減少56.56%，公司解釋指出，因對衝外幣敞口而開展的外匯衍生品交易因匯率波動而產生的損益變動。
投資收益及公允價值變動損益爲34.07億元，較上年同期的18.47億元同比增84.44%，變動主要原因是以公允價值計量的金融工具產生的收益淨額增加。
員工薪酬總支出同比略有下降
在員工薪酬方面，2025年一季度，中金公司的應付職工薪酬費用爲49.42億元，較去年同期的50.06億元，同比下降約1.26%。
2025年一季度，業務及管理費總額爲32.81億元，同比增長37%。報告中特別指出，隨着公司經營業績上升，員工成本也隨之增加。
股東結構方面，中央匯金投資有限責任公司仍是最大控股股東，持股比例約40.11%；香港中央結算（代理人）有限公司持有比例接近4成，A股機構投資者（ETF、公募基金）也佔據了前十大流通股東大部分位置。
截至2025年3月31日公司A股股東戶數爲13.92萬戶，較上期（2025年2月28日）減少1.5萬戶，減幅爲9.72%。
