格隆匯4月28日丨粵海置地(00124.HK)公佈,截至2025年3月31日止三個月,集團綜合收入約7.59億港元(2024年3月31日止三個月:17.41億港元),較上年同期減少約56.4%。收入減少主要因來自銷售持有待售物業的總樓面面積減少。於本回顧期內,集團錄得歸屬於公司持有者虧損約1.54億港元(2024年3月31日止三個月:9,975萬港元)。
影響前述集團截至2025年3月31日止三個月業績的主要因素是集團於本回顧期內交付的物業總樓面面積較2024年同期減少,因此物業銷售溢利較2024年同期有所減少。
