港股異動丨中國建築國際績後升超8% 股價創逾一個月新高
中國建築國際(3311.HK)午後進一步上揚,一度升8.61%至11.6港元,股價創3月25日以來逾一個月新高,市值超610億港元。中國建築國際近日公佈第一季度未經審核財務資料,期內集團營業額及應占合營企業營業額分別約228.87億元(人民幣,下同)和9.95億元,同比升3.6%及79.1%;經營溢利及應占合營企業盈利39.63億元,同比升10.8%。季內,集團累計新籤合約額約為505.1億元。於3月31日,未完合約額約為3756.5億元。機構研報方面,花旗、瑞銀均給予中國建築國際“買入”評級,目標價分別為14.5港元、13.5港元。標普全球評級則表示,中國建築國際集團將通過業務轉型及更嚴格的項目篩選來提振公司利潤和現金流,這將有助於公司的槓桿率在未來1-2年內下降。(格隆匯)
