A股收評：滬指跌0.2%，地產、消費股齊跌，遊戲股活躍
4月28日，A股震盪走低。截至收盤，滬指跌0.2%報3288點，深證成指跌0.62%，創業板指跌0.65%。
全天成交1.08萬億元，較前一交易日縮量603億元，全市場超4100股下跌。
盤面上，PEEK材料、遊戲板塊走強，穀子經濟、盲盒經濟、銀行板塊活躍，珠寶首飾、培育鑽石等板塊升幅居前。另外，食品飲料、乳業股下挫，房地產、旅遊酒店板塊走低，預製菜概念、汽車一體化壓鑄及裝修建材等板塊跌幅居前。
具體來看：
地產股跌幅居前，特發服務跌超11%，我愛我家、世聯行跌停，中天服務、珠江股份等跟跌。不過此前方正證券認為，經濟外部形勢變化下，樓市止跌回穩對提振內需意義重大，在此背景下樓市或將進入新一輪政策釋放週期，新一輪修復行情或將啟動。預計後續將有更多積極的財政及貨幣政策出台，助力行業穩健發展。
食品飲料、乳業股下挫，品渥食品跌超13%，貝因美跌停，新乳業、維維股份跌超8%，三隻松鼠跌超6%。個股消息面上，此前因財務報表不實、控股股東資金佔用以及關聯交易披露違規等，貝因美公司創始人、董事長謝宏及多名高管收到中國證監會浙江監管局的警示函。
核電股高開低走，天沃科技、華銀電力升停，科華數據升超7%。消息面上，2025年國內核電項目審批首次開閘。昨日國常會核准浙江三門三期工程等核電項目，此次獲批的新項目共計5個工程、10台新機組，投資總額超過2000億元。
遊戲股走強，盛天網絡升超9%，完美世界升超4%，愷英網絡、巨人網絡、遊族網絡等跟升。消息面上，國家新聞出版署公佈2025年4月份國產網絡遊戲審批信息，共118款遊戲獲批。據統計，截至4月份，2025年發放的網絡遊戲版號總數已經達到510款。其中國產網絡遊戲480款，進口網絡遊戲30款。
銀行股活躍，重慶銀行升超4%，青島銀行、光大銀行升超2%。消息面上，中國人民銀行副行長鄒瀾4月28日在國新辦新聞發佈會上表示，將根據國內外經濟形勢和金融市場運行情況，適時降準降息，保持流動性充裕，發揮好貨幣政策工具箱總量和結構雙重功能，創設新的結構性貨幣政策工具，圍繞穩就業、穩增長的重點領域精準發力，做好金融支持。
展望後市，光大證券指出，4月上市公司財報集中披露，資金需要重新錨定價值中樞，疊加機構調倉換股需求增加，投資者行為趨於謹慎，共同推動市場進入調整整固階段。
4月重要會議強調底線思維，提出“以高質量發展的確定性應對外部環境急劇變化的不確定性”，後續四條政策主線落地值得期待，市場在未來或將處於“弱現實、弱情緒”或“強現實、弱情緒”情景，對應於防禦與順週期風格的輪動。
