格隆匯4月25日丨亞洲水泥(中國)(00743.HK)公告,截至2025年3月31日止3個月未經審覈業績,收益11.49億元,同比減少6.09%;擁有人應佔未經審覈綜合溢利約爲人民幣308.1萬元,同比扭虧爲盈;每股盈利0.002元。
2025年第一季度,集團重點佈局城市市場需求延續下滑趨勢,水泥銷量同步下跌,水泥平均價格則較去年同期有所回升,公司獲利由虧轉盈。
2025年專項債發行節奏前置,基礎設施投資進一步加快,尤其是水利管理業投資持續呈現出高增長態勢成爲水泥需求新的增長點。房地產市場則仍處於深度調整階段,房企開工意願較弱,雖有房地產支持政策陸續加碼出臺落地,但考慮到政策效果仍需要一定時間顯現,短期來看地產端水泥需求仍將延續築底行情,對整體需求形成拖累。
