美股異動|聯電盤前跌3.85% Q1盈利不及預期+否認與格芯合併傳聞
聯電(UMC.US)盤前跌3.85%,報6.75美元。消息面上,聯電公佈2025年第一季營運報告,合併營收爲新臺幣578.6億元,環比減少4.2%,同比增長5.9%;毛利率達到26.7%,歸屬於母公司的淨利潤爲新臺幣77.8億元,市場預估爲新臺幣89.5億元。
在業績電話會議上被問及與格芯合併相關的媒體報道時,聯電首席財務官Chitung Liu表示,雖然他不願對所謂市場傳聞置評,但強調目前“並無任何合併行動”,因爲此類重大消息須以“官方公告”的正式形式發佈。(格隆匯)
