美聯儲褐皮書：經濟不確定性增加
美聯儲褐皮書表示，自上一份報告以來，經濟活動幾乎沒有變化，但圍繞國際貿易政策的不確定性在報告中普遍存在。隨着經濟不確定性（尤其是與關稅有關的問題）上升，多個地區的前景顯著惡化。褐皮書表示“美國各地區物價普遍上漲”，大部分美國企業計劃將額外成本轉嫁給消費者。
美國12州聯手起訴特朗普！
當地時間4月23日，美國紐約州、亞利桑那州、科羅拉多州、康涅狄格州、特拉華州、伊利諾伊州、緬因州、明尼蘇達州、新墨西哥州、俄勒岡州和佛蒙特州在美國國際貿易法院提起訴訟，試圖阻止特朗普政府關稅政策的實施，並尋求法院宣佈其新關稅政策是非法的。此前，美國加利福尼亞州州長於當地時間16日宣佈就關稅問題起訴特朗普政府，這是美國首個對特朗普關稅“大棒”發起挑戰的州政府。
英媒曝特朗普擬豁免部分汽車關稅
據英國金融時報，美國總統特朗普擬豁免汽車製造商部分最嚴苛關稅，這是繼近期汽車業高管密集遊說後，其在貿易戰中的又一次讓步。據兩位知情人士透露，此舉將使汽車零部件免受兩項關稅影響，一是爲打擊芬太尼生產而對部分進口商品加徵的關稅，二是對鋼鐵和鋁產品徵收的關稅。不過，特朗普對所有進口整車徵收的25%關稅仍將維持。另一項針對汽車零部件的25%關稅也將保留，並將從於5月3日起生效。
韓國一季度GDP同比萎縮
韓國一季度GDP同比萎縮，爲2020年四季度以來首次。第一季度GDP年率初值-0.1%，預期0%，前值1.20%。一季度GDP季率初值-0.2%，預期0.1%，前值0.1%。
美國議員向三家中國電信巨頭髮出傳票
據路透，美國國會委員會領導人週三採取行動，向中國三家電信巨頭（中國移動、中國電信及中國聯通）發出傳票，回答有關他們是否可以通過美國雲和互聯網業務獲取美國數據的問題。
馬斯克旗下Neuralink估值達85億美元
據知情人士透露，馬斯克旗下Neuralink計劃融資約5億美元，投前估值爲85億美元。根據 PitchBook的數據，截至2023年11月，該公司的估值爲35億美元。該公司由首席執行官Jared Birchall領導，他還協助管理馬斯克的家族辦公室，並在其他與馬斯克相關的實體中任職。
臺積電下一代A14製程技術將於2028年投產
臺積電計劃在2028年開始生產A14芯片技術。該技術將推動臺積電超越其當前最先進的3納米制程，以及今年晚些時候將推出的2納米制程。臺積電還計劃在2026年末推出中間的A16製程。今年臺積電預計資本支出爲約400億美元，高管表示，公司長期計劃仍然是抓住人工智能驅動的強勁需求。
