南京銀行(601009.SH):110億元二級資本債券發行完畢
格隆匯4月24日丨南京銀行(601009.SH)公佈,經中國人民銀行和國家金融監督管理總局江蘇監管局批準,於近日在全國銀行間債券市場成功發行“南京銀行股份有限公司2025年二級資本債券(第一期)(債券通)”(以下簡稱“本期債券”)。
本期債券於2025年4月24日發行完畢,發行總額爲人民幣110億元,爲10年期固定利率債券,在第5年末附有條件的發行人贖回權,票面利率2.05%。
本期債券募集資金將依據適用法律和監管部門的批準用於充實本公司二級資本,提高資本充足率,以增強本公司的營運實力,提高抗風險能力,支持業務持續穩健發展。
