近日,以"智聯萬物,共鑑睿變"爲主題,萬物雲科技生態大會在深圳·創智雲中心舉辦。
華爲、視源、海康、大華、陽光電源、VIVO、深鐵、南京萬谷、浪潮等數百家生態夥伴齊聚,共同探索不動產管理的數智化未來。
會上,萬物雲重磅發佈"靈石+"AI智能體升級方案,並宣佈全面開啓生態聯盟戰略。南京萬谷集團作爲標杆客戶代表,分享了AI驅動下的園區運營實戰經驗,爲行業提供了可複製的智慧園區範本。

會上,萬物雲發佈"靈石+"AI智能體升級方案,這是萬物雲在不動產管理領域的又一重要里程碑。通過開放架構、場景智能和智能體躍遷三大能力,"靈石+"將爲行業注入新的可能性,爲不動產管理帶來更高效率和價值。
作爲不動產管理的"AI大腦","靈石+"智能體以AI大模型爲核心,通過三大能力直擊園區資產持有者與運營者的核心痛點。開放架構:支持多種大模型接入(如DeepSeek、通義千問),兼容500+IoT設備協議,破解園區數據割裂難題;場景智能:深度融合私有數據資產與行業知識庫,實現能耗優化、風險預警、工單響應等全流程自動化,助力客戶節能、工單效率提升;智能體躍遷:發佈"園區AI運營助手"與"微電網專家智能體"兩大新品,前者可一鍵生成資產運營報告、預測管理風險,後者可實現能碳託管"一鍵啓動"。
據瞭解,憑藉"大模型+小模型"混合架構與敏捷迭代能力,"靈石+"已服務超700個住宅、商企及城市空間項目,成爲行業數智化轉型的"優選項"。
生態聯盟加速

在會上,萬物雲還重點推介了全國標杆項目創智雲中心。它不僅在AI驅動的空間運營中實現了顯著的效率提升,還在低碳轉型方面取得了突破,成爲行業智慧與低碳的典範。
其憑藉"靈石+"技術的深度應用,近期斬獲多項重磅榮譽:2025年36氪"未來城市大獎":表彰其通過AI驅動的空間運營,實現多經收入提升15.8%、設備運維效率提升80%; 2025上海氣候周"氣候燈塔社區年度領航獎":基於微電網智能體實現能耗降低36.5%,年減碳量超2000噸;深圳綠色交易所"碳中和示範園區"認證:成爲全國首個通過"靈石+"技術實現能碳雙控的智慧園區。
