首程控股(00697.HK)聯手中國人壽等成立合夥企業，加碼基礎設施投資
格隆匯4月24日丨首程控股(00697.HK)發佈公告，2025年4月23日，公司的間接全資附屬公司首景投資(作爲有限合夥人)與中國人壽、財信人壽(作爲有限合夥人)和創弛企業管理(作爲特殊有限合夥人)，及公司的間接全資附屬公司北京朗佳與國壽置業作爲普通合夥人(同時擔任執行事務合夥人(北京朗佳與國壽置業統稱“執行事務合夥人”，各自爲“執行事務合夥人”))簽訂了合夥協議，以成立合夥企業。國壽資本自合夥企業成立之日起擔任管理人(“管理人”)。合夥企業的目的是通過投資行爲或從事與投資相關的活動，實現合夥企業的資本增值，爲合夥人創造滿意的投資回報。
合夥企業(建議名稱：北京平準基礎設施不動產股權投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥))成立的目的是爲合夥人提供投資管理服務。合夥企業全體合夥人的出資總額爲人民幣52.37億元。合夥企業的投資策略是按照合夥協議約定的方式，在遵守適用的法律法規下進行投資，建構在行業賽道、重點區域全面佈局的資產組合，爲全體合夥人獲取良好的投資回報。合夥企業的主要投資方式及投資目標包括：(i)通過戰略配售的方式投資公開募集基礎設施證券投資基金(“基礎設施公募REITs”)首次發售及擴募發售的戰略配售基金份額；及(ii)通過大宗交易及協議轉讓等非公開交易方式投資基礎設施公募REITs流通份額。
公告表示，公司與中國人壽聯合發起設立本合夥企業，將重點投資於基礎設施公募REITs首次發行和擴募發行的份額，在REITs發展的關鍵節點上積極佈局；同時，本合夥企業亦將通過非公開交易方式適度配置公募REITs市場的流通份額，通過靈活的資產配置，提升合夥企業的整體收益水準和流動性。本合夥企業通過投資公募REITs市場公開發行的優質項目，一方面，爲中國REITs市場引入長期資本，注入流動性；另一方面，可連結全國範圍內基礎設施行業的優秀企業，爲公司引入基礎設施投融資領域的戰略合作方。爲公司在該領域的深入發展奠定堅實基礎，打造金融與產業、存量資產與新增投資良性循環，切實推動公司業務的高品質長效發展。
