中科創達(300496.SZ)2024年度淨利潤降12.6%至4.07億元 擬10派0.58元
格隆匯4月22日丨中科創達(300496.SZ)發佈2024年年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入53.85億元，較上年增長2.72%。分行業看，公司智能軟件業務線實現營業收入14.23億元，較上年增長0.49%。智能汽車業務線實現營業收入24.16億元，較上年增長3.42%。智能物聯網業務線實現營業收入15.45億元，較上年增長3.73%。
分區域看公司來自於中國的營業收入34.26億元，較上年減少2.73%。來自於歐美、日本等海外國家或地區的營業收入19.58億元，較上年增長13.87%。
報告期內，公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.07億元，較上年下降12.60%。主要原因是：
1、毛利率較上年同期下降2.66個百分點，毛利額較上年同期減少9,063.20萬元。
2、研發投入增加。公司在既定的"操作系統+端側智能"的戰略方向下,持續加大對端側智能的核心技術和創新賽道等領域的投入。報告期內,公司重點佈局機器人等端側智能領域，研發費用較去年同期增加7,752.47萬元，同比增長8.16%。自2024年下半年開始，公司經營情況持續改善。
2024年下半年，公司營業收入較上半年環比增長24.29%，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上半年環比增長190.4%，經營活動產生的現金流量淨額較上半年環比增長61.16%。其中，2024年第四季度，公司營業收入同比增長23.76%，環比增長30.67%，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比增長282.76%，環比增長436.76%，經營活動產生的現金流量淨額同比增長37.46%，環比增長63.35%。
公司經本次董事會審議通過的利潤分配預案爲：以459,436,719爲基數，向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.58元(含稅)，送紅股0股(含稅)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增0股。
